Swedish Massage technique aims to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension all over the body. It is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief. I only use natural massage oils - mainly a Grapeseed Oil

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is an Ayurvedic massage therapy in which the upper-back, arms, head, neck and face are massaged with or without the use of oils using a range of massage techniques. The belief is that when the energy does not flow properly, negative energy builds up, causing common ailments, including stress and pain.

Crystal Healing
Crystal healing is a holistic, non-invasive, vibrational energy-based system of healing. The technique uses precisely placed crystals either on and/or around the physical body. Healing means bringing mind, body, spirit and environment back into harmony, restoring the body’s natural rhythm and equilibrium. This one day course will introduce you to the world of Tarot Reading. We will go through the Major and Minor Arcana Cards, discuss the elements to which each card relates to, meditate and finish the day by reading for each other.
